Meet Chad Treadway, a dedicated husband, father, partner at Cube Creative, author, and man of faith. Known for his passion for small rural businesses and marketing, Chad brings a unique blend of experience, creativity, and warmth to the Masthead community.

Chad joined Cube Creative over a decade ago after leaving a state job to pursue his passion for helping small, rural businesses grow. Raised in a rural area himself, he understands the unique challenges these communities face. His commitment to empowering small businesses has been the driving force behind his work at Cube Creative, a firm that’s been in business for nearly 25 years. Chad’s been a key player for the past 12 of those years, using his marketing expertise to support and elevate local enterprises.

Beyond his professional life, Chad’s interests span a range of topics. He’s an avid consumer of British crime dramas, loves a good podcast, and is a dedicated reader. With a goal of reading at least 10 pages daily, he dives into books on self-help, sales, and psychology to keep his mind sharp and skills growing. And let’s not forget his beloved labradoodle, who’s a big part of his family life.

Chad’s journey with Masthead started with an interest meeting at Anchor, where he instantly recognized the potential for something special. He was one of the first members to reserve a desk, impressed by the supportive and innovative environment Masthead fosters. “Working from home is really easy to not leave work at work,” Chad says, appreciating how Masthead offers a productive, comfortable space that allows him to find balance.

Since joining, Chad has been an advocate for the community-building benefits of coworking spaces. “I haven’t been in a coworking space as nice as the one we have here, and it’s really refreshing we have it here [in Wilkes],” he says. For Chad, Masthead isn’t just a workspace—it’s a hub of camaraderie, culture, and collaboration. He sees the space as a valuable asset that brings like-minded professionals together, fostering both personal and professional growth.
